Are the contents random?

Yes! Blind-bag contents are random and vary from order to order. The surprise is part of the fun.

Can I receive duplicates?

Yes, duplicates can happen. There is no guarantee that every item will be different. For FIDGET BLIND BAGS, we do our best to avoid repeats, but this is best effort, not a promise.

Can I request a color or share preferences?

Wish colors, likes, and preferences are noted and honored when stock allows, but they are not guaranteed. Sharing a preference does not guarantee a particular item.

What is guaranteed?

There is no guarantee of a particular mystery item, color, duplicate-free selection, or reward charm. Check the listing for the bag you are ordering to see what is included. Additional extras given at our discretion are not guaranteed.

Can I return an unopened mystery item?

Return requests, including requests for unopened mystery items, are handled case by case by customer service. Contact us about your order before sending anything back; a return or refund is not automatically guaranteed.

How do reward charms and hidden tokens work?

Some bags contain a reward charm. If your bag contains one, it means you get another bag. Not every bag contains a reward charm, so an extra bag is not guaranteed with every order. Other hidden-token rewards depend on the product; check its listing for the applicable reward. We may also add extras if we feel an order did not receive enough items. These additional extras are at our discretion, not a promised part of every order.
